About Becky Bacon

Becky Bacon 1I have spent the last 30 years of my career changing residential and commercial environments. What continues to fascinate me is how an environment can either make a business thrive and people to connect, or it can kill a business and cause it to lack culture, productivity and connection. An environment can cultivate bringing health and happiness into your home – OR – it can make your home look and feel toxic, while jeopardizing your family’s health, financial situation and connection to each other.

In my roles as an Office Manager, an Int’l Facilities Director, and a Senior Property Manager, I’ve worked with individuals and organizations to help align live and work spaces and habits that support their goals and direction. What I experienced again and again is that an environment and the energy it holds is truly powerful and we need to harness that energy to support our goals and dreams.

How we treat our interior environment (mind & body) is directly reflected in how we treat our exterior environment (home & office).  This is as true for our business as it is for our personal life.

I am committed to how we can clean up our internal and external environments, as well as our earth’s environment, by removing toxic and unsupportive elements in our lives – emotional as well as physical – that are not serving us to live a healthier lifestyle.

Certified-smI am a Certified Life Coach trained under the tutelage of Dr. Martha Beck, Ph.D., best-selling author, columnist for O Magazine, and frequent Oprah guest. I have a heartfelt desire to help people make positive changes in their life and careers, by helping them harness their resources, find those limiting beliefs that are holding them back, and clear their path towards success and happiness.

I am also a LEED Accredited Professional (www.usgbc.org) with experience building and managing green buildings. This is my commitment to the health of our earth’s environment that we share and to help others learn how easy it is to take positive steps towards keeping our small part of the world healthy and sustainable. A little bit of effort goes a long, long way.

The healthier we are internally, the healthier we become externally. Let’s pay-it-forward together.
